IN DESPERATE NEED OF HELP WITH GRAPHS

For the life of me, I can not seem to be able to change the
names of the X & Y Values once the data has been graphed. I want it to
be in specific words or number for the Y axis but it only puts it in
numbers based on the number of total rows. I can change it a little
bit by clicking on the y axis but can't seem to figure out how to
change a manual text or number input.
