I'm not entirely sure this is a Mac-specific problem--if "in front of text"
isn't working in Print Preview, it's probably a Word issue--if Print Preview
has it the way you want it but it won't print properly, that's likely to be
a Mac issue, OS X has difficulties with many printers. For Mac groups, see
below.
In general, for questions that *only* relate to the *internal* manipulation
of Word and not its interaction with any other program or hardware, it
doesn't necessarily matter whether you post on a Mac-specific group or not.
