It says you have to use Outlook 2003 as your e-mail program in Microsoft
Picture Manager, I want to use my outlook express? How can I change this?

Perhaps you should ask this in a Picture Manager, or Outlook Express, or
even an Outlook newsgroup. You are unlikely to get a meaningful answer in an
Access database newsgroup.
