In MS Word 2000, Add tExt to Letterhead

I scanned a picture letterhead into Word, but how do I add the text. I can
type it in, but don't know what steps to take to do it. Do I somehow type
right on the page with the picture, or does it have to be two separate steps?

Set the wrapping on the graphic to Behind Text and type over it. For more on
