In my guest book comments are not being added. How to fix this?

I have added guest book on my website http://www.myfullneeds.com When I enter
the comments. The comments are not being added. How this problem can be
fixed. Please help. Thanks.

There are 2 forms on the guestbook page.

The first does nothing since it is a collection of hidden fields, with
no submit button. If it could be submitted it would be processed by
cgi-sys/guestbook.cgi

The second is a FrontPage guestbook form that has been FTPed to the
server. This page MUST be published using HTTP (definitely NOT FTP) to
a server running the FrontPage extensions.

<form action="_derived/nortbots.htm" indicates the form was FTPed.
