In my Outlook Menu, I do not have a Business Tool menu

My BCM is enabled. I was prompted to create a data base file and created
successfully. On restarting Outlook, I do have a "Business Tool" along the
top line of menu buttons.

I am not sure if i understood your question correctly if your missing
Business Tools go to help > about microsoft Outlook > disabled items and
enable it

Thanks Raul for the suggestion. I did just as you suggested and I still do
not have "Business Tool" available.

What happened, was I had a corrupted file and was instructed to remove my
small business office and BCM and reinstall. After doing this and enabling
BCM and creating a file through the wizard, I noticed that Business Tools was
not available.

When I try to create an Account in Business Contacts, it will not save the
Accounts name and tells me I have not filled the field in when I have.
