In Office 2007, is there no quick launch toolbar??

I was a heavy user of the quick launch toolbar that was part of the Office XP
package. I'm looking for the equivalent. Since installing Office 2007, the
toolbar has gone away.

That actually went away in Office 2003 (just for the record).
