In one appl. I have lost the vert. scroll bar.Tools no help

I have trie going to tools, options, and view and both vert. and horizontal
scrolls are checked. In had only happened in one work book. Other work
books are fine. How can I get the vertical scroll back?

Any chance that the vertical scroll bar is just off the visible screen.

Maybe using window|arrange|tiled
and resizing by hand would help.
