I could swear that in Outlook, reminders used to pop up based on message
flags with follow up dates set and reminders set, no matter where they were
stored. Now, it seems they only work if the email message is left in my
inbox. We did find mention of reminders only working if the message was in
an "Outlook Folder", which may be the explanation, but if so, why don't my
flagged messages in Sent Items pop up? And, the folders that I refer to are
subfolders of inbox, not archives or otherwise.
I rely on Outlook message filing and follow up flags to help keep myself
organized. If anyone has a suggestion on this is would be greatly
appreciated.
