If I have a meeting request unanswered, how do I reissue an invite?
If I have someone who originally answered NO, but then wants to be
re-invited so they can ACCEPT, how do I reissue an invite?

I don't like the idea of dropping an attendee, then UPDATE, then readd
attendee, then UPDATE again.
