In Outlook 2007, how do I change to outline, print, web views?

Now that I've upgraded to Windows Vista and Outlook 2007 I don't see how to
change to the various views available in 2003. That being; print, web,
outline normal and reading views.

As Outlook no longer has the option to use the full Word program as its
editor (it uses a special Word .dll), many of the options previously
available are no longer possible. However, if you want to still have the
full Word options, you can compose your document in Word and use the Mail
Icon to send it once complete.
