In Outlook 2010 Beta I get unwanted Folders named News Feed.

Are they duplicate folders or you don't want to see the news feed folder at
all?

What are these and how do I get rid of them or use them?

This is a known issue when Outlook 2010's primary account is using the
Hotmail connector. Go into File, Outlook Options, Manage COM Add-ins
and then uncheck (disable) the Microsoft Social Connector checkbox.
Then restart Outlook. That will fix the problem.
