Outlook 2010, IE 8.0 - RSS Feeds

Can somebody send me step by step or link(s) on how to set up IE8 to
work with Outlook 2010 twitter feeds I want them set up to go to
Outlook but they are going to favorites instead - what do I need to
change and where?

halfway down the screen.
