In outlook I get a runtime error then it quits while trying to lo.

Hi,

I need help. I have had problems with my Office XP Outlook ever since I
installed Windows XP sp-2. Outlook will not complete the log in. I get a
runtime error in the outlook exe program. Any body have any ideas? I have
removed and re-installed Office XP and did all the up-dates without success.
