In Outlook letters appear a second or more after typed

It takes a second or more to view a letter (letters) I typed to appear on my
screen. It is annoying and slows even a slow typist down. Any suggestions?

In Outlook go to
Tools/Options/Security/Security Zones, change from "Restricted Sites" to
"Internet".
