In Outlook send to OneNotes loses formatting

When I'm in outlook and I select "Send to OneNote" for an email, when it is
in OneNote it does not have the formating that it does in Outlook. Is there
a way to keep the formating?

No. The formatting is that of ON.
To see a mail in it's original format you might *print* it to ON. The
result then is a non editable image.
