In Preview, Navigation Buttons (on Link Bar) disabled

They dont work even when Previewing in Browser.
But work fine when published.

Not until I replaced the Link Bar (created in FP 2000)
with that in FP 2002 did this happen.

Before in FP 2000 you could navigate, no problem, in
Preview mode but now it does not work.

Looks like the full path is not generated any more in
Preview

used to be <a href="E:\MyWeb\index.htm">

The mouseover works on these buttons but click on them and
nothing happens (prob cos it cant find the target page).
