In PWA Cost Type resources have Work

In a Project PWA view, Cost Type resources have the field Work not empty.
The Work is calculated by the system 1h for every 10k€ entered.
I am using Project Server 2007.

You have come across a flaw in the Cost resource design. These do accumulate
work which in turn affects cost calculations. I believe that the product
team has done some work on this and we'll see an update for this shortly.
