& in Report Header

Can someone tell me how to add the character & in a Label in the Report
Header? For instance I want to have a label on my report that has Texas A&M
in the header. But when you run it, all you see is Texas AM, and it just
doesn't look right to type Texas A and M.

Double up the &.

Texas A && M
