I would like my dates to correspond with my payments. Is this possible ie
paid on the 27 of June than on the 3 of July?

Have no idea what you are talking about.

You have not told us anything about your data structure. Are you referring
to a report here or a query?

This is about as specific as asking me to give you directions to your house
without telling me where you live.
