In the report design view, how do I adjust for how many records print on each
page? I've got too much white space and only a few records print across the
tabular page.

Across the page? Is this a multi-column report?

In general, how many records will fit on a page is determined by the
size of the page (excluding margins and the page header and footer) and
the size of the report's Detail section. Can you resize the Detail
section to make it shorter?
