When I try to close Word I get a message that says this file is in use by
another application or user c:\windows\...\template\normal.dot. When I click
ok, a save as: folder appears with the file "normal" chosen to save. If I
try to save, it says the file is read only. If I close this folder I get
"changes have been made that effect the global template, normal. Do you want
to save these changes? What is this? How do I fix the problem?
