In which menu can I find the "pick from list" feature in Excel?

I know that you can use a right click shortcut menu to use the "pick from
list" feature in Excel, but I was showing this to a Mac user who can't use
right click. Does anyone know if there is another method of using this useful
shortcut?

Hi Mags13

Only available in Windows Excel 2003 as far as I know
I don't know if it exist on a Mac
