In Word 2002, which file holds the keyboard shortcuts? I'd like to

Using Word 2002, I'd like to be able to assign different sets of shortcuts to
the same keys and simply overwrite the file that holds the assignments to
bring in the set I need.

Is the file available to be overwritten?

Also, in Word 2002, can I print out lists of shortcuts?
