in word how do I spell check

I am new to the mac world, and I have office for mac, but I do not understand how to spell check a word document.

Hi Michael,

Welcome to the Mac!

If you click on Tools menu and select Spelling and Grammar, Word will
run a spellcheck. Is that what you wanted?
