in word how do you take a screenshot off another picture

Word doesn't have a Screen Shot option - that is a Windows feature, but it's
far more precise & flexible to use a utility like SnagIt or one of the
others available... Most are reasonably priced, some are freeware or
shareware. Try a Google search to find one you like.

Also, Microsoft Office OneNote 2003 (and 2007) also have Screen Clipping
features which allow you to take a screen shot. Or, you could press Print
Screen on your keyboard to copy the current screen view to your clipboard.

Do the following:
1. using the Print Sreen key available on you keyboard, capture the image to
the clipboard.
2. Click the Start button, point to All Programs, and then Accessories, and
then click the Paint.
3. On the Edit menu, click Paste.
The image is pasted in the Paint window. If you are familiar with the Paint
Pallete Although other programs are specifically developed for more advanced
feature of screen capturing, you can successfully perform most of the editing
you require.
4. Click the Select button in the Palatte to mark the image to want to copy.
5. On the Edit menu, click Copy
6. Press the Alt key and using the Tab key slect the Word document where you
want to paste the copied image from the Clipboard.

Note: Most of the image editing can be done using the paint program. I
frequently use this program to accomplish most my required task.
