In Word, VBA disabled. Istructions to enable not working.

MS Office Professional Edition 2003. I have followed the instructions to
enable the VB Macros in MS Word. Does not work. Software was acquired
receently. Possible error on the CD Rom. Also, unable to install Business
Contact Manager.

Specifically, what instructions have you followed?

Where are the macros stored?

What is the setting of the Security Level under Tools>Macro>Security?

It the "Trust all installed add-ins and templates" box checked on the
"Trusted Publishers" tab of the Security dialog accessed via
Tools>Macro>Security?
