I have been communicating with my internet service provider and I am positive
i have the settings correct when I add the email account (i.e. under tools,
email accounts, etc) but I still get this message. I am at my wits end to
try to figure out what to do and I've seemed to reach a dead end with getting
help from my service provider.
Has anyone ever received this error message? HOw did you fix it?
