inaccessible help menu in Access

This is a rather trivial issue, but I can't figure out how
to fix it. I posted earlier, but had no takers.

When I click on the help icon (the question mark), I get
an Office Assistant. However, when I type search terms
and then press search, nothing happens.

Please advise.
