PS 2003 and PP 2003 both with SP1.
We are carrying out the following procedure when a resource should be
set to inactive:
Open PP set remaining work to 0 for this resource.
Member of admin team set resource as inactive
Do not assign any task to this resource in future
We have a problem though that if a task that this resource was
assigned to is rescheduled the inactive resource is assigned new time.
Are we carrying out the right steps or have we made a mistake or
misunderstanding. Any help much appreciated.
