Inactive thumbnails

I recently used FP2000 to compile about 30 pages for a web
site I had soon hoped to put on-line. Most of the pages
are extensive text with supporting images. The style of
page I used is One-Column Body With Contents On Left. All
of the images, which are jpegs and are thumbnailed, I
placed in the Contents area to the left. In previewing
these pages in my browser (MS Internet Explorer 5.5), I
find that the thumbnails in about half of the pages
are "inactive," that is, they do not expand upon
clicking. (You can see this when you pass the cursor over
the thumbnails in the browser: the cursor remains an arrow
when placed on the inactive thumbnails and changes to a
hand when placed over the active ones.) Indeed, it appears
that either all thumbnails on a page are either active or
inactive. The properties of each thumbnail appear to be
correct. Que pasa?

Right click each thumbnail and set image properties to set your links
- if your images are too small FP will not thumbnail/link them

Thanks for the response, Stefan. All of the images are
larger than their thumbnails. Right clicking on the
thumbnails, I can find no difference at all between the
properties of those that will enlarge ('active') and those
that will not ('inactive'). Indeed, it seems to me that
the problem may reside in a page property (though I can
find no differences there, either). I say that because
FP2000 places a blue border around all thumbnails. When I
view the pages using IExplorer (my version is 6.0, not
5.5), the active thumbnails still have blue borders, but
the borders of the inactive ones are black! I have no
pages where some thumbnails are active and some inactive:
the thumbnails on a page are either all active or all
inactive.

I found the solution to the problem. Although the correct
URL showed in Hyperlink Properties, for some reason it was
not active. Simply opening Hyperlink Properties and then
clicking OK activated the hyperlink and the thumbnail.
