inbound email body blank

paul

thank you for the reply.
my original post describes the fix as changing the fonts
in the display settings. that's not clear, sorry, by
changing the font size in the display setting the system
does re-install the fonts. additionally, another item i
did not specify is that this issue consistently occurs
once a year. it does occur on win2000 as well.
what is the fix so that it does not reoccur?
any ideas?
thanks again.
paul

inbound emails in Plain Text are blank, all other o.k.

can copy and paste the blank body of email into Word and
text shows up.

in display settings can change font size from small to
large and back to small and text shows up.

running EX2000, Outlook2000 on NT4.0 workstations, all
with latest patches.

changing the font size resolves the issue for several
months but then the issue returns.

any ideas.
thanks.
