Hi,
Few users reported a strange problem in our organization. At times when
they sent an email, it goes as a blank message. ie. nothing in the body
and subject field. Size of the message shows 1 KB. Have checked the
sent items folder and there also it is blank.
This is not happening to all messages sent by these users. Checked
various forums and no answer found so far. Appreciate if somebody can
help.
Please note these users were migrated to exchange 2003 from 5.5
recently. Client is Outlook 2003 SP2.
