Inbox Assistant

Hi, I want to block unwanted email but the Inbox Assistant
is greyed out on the Tools menu so I can't select it(I am
in the Inbox at the time). Hope someone can help. Thanks

What version of Outlook? The versions to which I have access don't have any
"Inbox Assistant" in the Tools menu.
