Inbox corrupted

If somebody corrupts their inbox so badly that they can't
view their messages, what can I do to fix it? The inbox
repair tool doesn't work ("encounters errors"). And
the "Mdbvu32" utility cannot fix it either. I think it
all started with "Hotbar" (a spyware program that most of
my clients installed without thinking).
Whatever it is that is preventing her from viewing her
inbox is on our exchange server because it doesn't matter
what computer she uses.

If anyone has seen this before, please help.
