Inbox does not synchronize to handheld with Activesynch

I recently updated Activesynch to 4.1 and restored my older Casio E-125 hand
held when the back up battery died. Since then, when I connect and
synchronize everything but the inbox resolves properly. On the Options
screen when I select Inbox the "Settings" button is dimmed so I can't even
access the Inbox options to see if there is something I need to change.

Has anyone seen this and worked out how to get Inbox to resolve?

What version of Windows Mobile (or WIndows CE) does the Casio run?
ActiveSync V4.1 is technically for Windows Mobile V5 only (although it works
with Windows Mobile 2003, for me at least). I'd try reloading ActiveSync
V3.8.

I have Windows CE V3.0.9348. That may be the issue. I'll try going back to
V3.8 and see what happens. I'm not sure which version I was at before I went
to 4.1
