Inbox Folders don't display (but are still on server)

Hello,

I have a user who has several folders in his inbox that no longer
display. We are using Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003. I know the
folders are still there because moving his mailbox to a new server
shows the folders being copied. The folders don't display in OWA or
another computer with a clean installation of Outlook.

Any idea what is causing this?

If all else fails could I extract all of the messages from the mailbox
and put them in a new mailbox without the folders?
