I have a situation where a user attempts to customize the
view for an inbox subfolder by adding and removing
fields. When a particular field is chosen (highlighted),
and remove is selected, Outlook does not delete the
selected field, but rather the first or second field in
the list. This problem occurs on multiple folders, but
seems limited to a single machine. The computer in
question has the latest service pack and updates for
Office 2002. The OS (Windows 2000 Pro) has SP3.
I have not been able to find anything in the knowledge
base. Has anyone else run into this, and if so, was a
solution found?
