I have a user that has setup an IMAP folder in Outlook 2003. Recently her
inbox has dissapeared from her mail view (although sent, deleted etc still
appear), and can only be seen by clicking on the folders view.
When folders view is open, the inbox appears with the icon for a calendar
next to it, and if you open calendar view, sure enough, it shows the IMAP
inbox in there. If you right click on the Inbox in folders view, it even
shows the "remove from My Calendars" option, although this does not turn it
back into a mail folder.
If we remove the account from Outlook and add it again, the inbox shows up
normally, but after a few days, it turns into a calendar again.
Any idea why this is happening (and more importantly, how to fix it)?
