inbox repair tool --HELP

I can't see any messages in my inbox and I recieved an
error message instructing me to close all email
applications and use the Inbox Repair Tool. For the life
of me I can't find the Inbox Repair Tool and web searches
aren't helping either.

I'd appreciate any assistance with this!
