Inbox Repair tool

I am having numerous problems using the repair tool. I have found the file
SCANPST.EXE but when I try to run it I am told SCNPST32.dll is missing, I
have then downloaded that file and tried again bu am now getting the
following......

The procedure entry point DDLUninitInstance@0 could not be located in the
dynamic link library MSMAPI32.dll.

Can somebody please help.

I have the exact same problem and feel like I'm being led down an endless
"missing" file trip.
My business relies on getting this resolved asap. I would really appreciate
anyone with a solution to please help solve this. Thank you !
