Inbox showing up under Bus.Contact history help!

My Inbox messages are showing up under the Business Contact History section.
Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a fix?

Check if Business Tools is avalaible if not go to help > about Microsoft
Outlook > Disabled Items and enable the same
