Inbox sort by name

I have a user who has multiple people with the same name from different
companies and when she hits sort by the from field the users are mixed in
together. Is there any way to seperate the two users.

Are they both in their Contacts folder? Try that and see if it helps, I'm
not sure if it only the display name that is used when sorting. From what
you are saying, it seems that way.
