The time stamp on messages is earlier than the email by
about 40 minutes. I've checked the server, time settings
and DST in XP and Outlook and they agree. In my case
this seems to be a creeping event. Messages now
delivered are stamped about 40 minutes earlier than the
actual time, and messages from several months ago are
stamped about 30 minutes earlier and so on...
