John Hindman

After opening outlook the inbox does not automatically connect to the mail server. Messages are not received until F5 or receive is pushed. Any ideas

On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Mail Setup tab. Select the Send messages immediately when connected check box

They may be causing the problem
