inchs and centimeters

I have created a label in pub 2002. The label is 1.67 high x 3.5 wide. When i
print a whole shhet of 12 labels 2 accross, 6 up, the first label type set
lines up perfect. By the time it gets to the bottom label it has climbed. I
have set the height to 1.68 then it drops of the bottom label too low. I have
tried using the centimeters as well as the inches but does the same. My
question is when in inches can you set it to example 1.675 or 1.677 and they
stay set that away. Everytime i do so it will type in that way but when you
select ok button and go back a check to see if the setting took it defaults
to either 1.67 or 1.68 , it will not keep that number, same thing with
centimeters, it appears you can select the digits by points (4.267 = 1.68),
as in inches it defaults back to the exact number. Is there a setting where
you can get these to keep the sizes in between or in halves (tenths) Thanks

It is an avery 5198 compaitable. The actual height of a avery 5198 label is
1.6562. I don't know exactly the height pub uses for the avery 5198 label,
however the label i am using is a 1.675. There has got to be a way that you
can set these values between 1.67 and 1.68 and so forth.

Are you using a inkjet printer? The rollers on these printers are not always first
rate. Have you tried a laser with the same setup?
