Include Customer Templates in Office Document

Dear All

I Have this problem. Accounts department user creates a template to send to
other
users. This template is placed in server that's not reacheble from other
users. This sierver is in the same lan of the other users.
When user try to open this template, it takes about 5 minutes to open it.
Winword try to search and open this template. After 5 minutes it doesn't find
it and the document is opened correctly.
I searched in word 2003 menus if it's possible to include this template in
the document that's send by email or if there's a option to exclude template
search when you open the document.
Somebody has got any idea.

If the template is not needed after the creation of the document (when it's
sent to others) then in Tools/Templates and Add-ins, delete the reference to
the template. Word will then default to the Normal template and the delay
will no longer be encountered.

Additionally, removing the document template is a process that could be
automatically included as part of the Save As routine in the template using
a macro.
