included content corrupting site

I have standard included content (e.g. included files or navigation bars) on
my and my clients' websites us MS FrontPage 2003. Suddently, this content
seems to corrrupt the website, resulting in a site-within-a-site.

Currently, my own website is corrupted: www.webuilder.co.il. However, if I
remove the navigation bar from the left, it will look perfect. I also had
included content which caused the same results. Other sites are causing me
similar problems.

I have fixed FP extensions, recalculated links, detected & repaired, updated
via office update, and nothing seems to help. Of course, the site looks
perfect in the FP editor, both locally and on the host. Only when viewed in
a browser does the site look crazy.

If you mean include page content is duplicated
There are some bugs in FP & in the FP2002 SE related to shared borders & include pages
so make sure you (and your host) see & apply all appropriate patches from:
