Inclusive in groups

If I make the PM group have access to a category and all people are in the
PM group do you have to put the individual in the category or just the
group?

Hi Cindy

Add the group

Rule of thumb - dont assign individual users to a category

When you associate the group to the category all members inherit those
settings.

This makes your life much easier.

When you look at a category under the Projects options you can select 'all
current and future projects' or you can select specific projects. So if I
was looking at 'My projects' Can you leave the option 'select specific
projects' checked and not pick any projects, will it default to the RBS to
determine what projects you should see?
