Incoming e-mail

I want to select an incoming mail message from a known sender and have
outlook refuse delivery with notification to the sender.

This is an ACCESS newsgroup for questions about creating queries in an
Access database. You should be posting to an Outlook newsgroup.

Note that your question could also be answered by using the help files that
ship with Outlook.
